The Director of ICT shall be responsible to the Chief Executive Officer in the performance of his/her duties and responsibilities in promoting strategic direction, implementation, and optimization of ESCOM’s technology infrastructure and systems. This pivotal role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and strategic vision. The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping ESCOM’s digital transformation journey and ensuring the effective utilization of ICT to support our business objectives.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized University plus at least ten (10) years’ experience of which five (5) years should be in Senior Management level. Professional certifications in relevant areas (e.g., CISSP, CRISC, CDMP, CISA, C-CISO, CISCO, CISM, ITIL, PMP) shall have an added advantage.
