Chikwawa Police Station spokesperson, Dickson Matemba, said the law enforcers arrested Godoyi and Snart on Monday, January 20, 2025, when they wanted to sell the 200-meter conductor at the Boma. Balaka Magistrate’s Court handed a 36-month jail term on Paul Lipenga on December 31, 2024. The convict hails from Mgwira Village, Traditional Authority Kalembo in Balaka.
