Unknown people cut down three 11-metre poles on our line located between Kafere and Magomero in Dzalanyama Forest in Dedza District on the morning of Saturday, 23rd November 2024. Police in Mchengautuwa Township in Mzuzu have arrested five individuals for allegedly stealing Escom’s aluminum conductors. The suspects are identified as Manson Simbeye, Shadreck Sambo, Patrick Mpepu, Emmanuel Bamusi and Raymond Simbeye.
