Customer Service Revenue halls will operate on Saturday, 23rd, and Sunday, 24th November 2024 from 7:30 am to 12:00 noon to assist with the Token Identifier (TID) upgrade initiative. Key Details: Non-compliant meters starting with 3711…, 3712…, 37132… must be addressed. Customers unable to buy electricity units lasting two months can access a credit facility. Cases of Vandalism in Chitipa and Dedza

Unknown people cut down three 11-metre poles on our line located between Kafere and Magomero in Dzalanyama Forest in Dedza District on the morning of Saturday, 23rd November 2024. We have since restored power supply to some of the affected areas. However, Jentcherere, Kafere, Maluwa, Chigwengwe and Diamphwe farms remain without power supply.
