In order to enhance customer service delivery, ESCOM has implemented a new Management Information System (MIS).
The MIS which is being jointly sponsored by ESCOM and Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) through MCA-Malawi, was launched on 18th January 2018.
The System has replaced old systems that were being used at ESCOM and has integrated all of ESCOM’s business processes.
This will ensure that the organization’s business processes and information systems are well-aligned to industry’s best practices for enhanced customer services, experience and improved service delivery.
